Harrods: Handbag Narratives

In July 2013 Harrods launched the Handbag narratives windows. A magnificent exhibition where each brand was given the opportunity to create their own window display based around the giant handbag!

JUSTSO were given the larger exhibition space in windows 3 to 6 to help create a pop up shop design in a space where 2 gorgeous giant handbag fixtures, one white, one black  showcased limited edition bags created exclusively for Harrods to mark the occasion.

JUSTSO came up with the clever idea of creating a shelving framework for a pop up shop design that would work 360 degrees to allow flexibility with world class luxury product placement and ease of shopping within a slick and contemporary handbag design.


Harrods invited twenty of the world’s most prestigious designers to showcase their accessories in fabulously individual and decadent window displays – each with their own “narrative” – revealing the stories and visions behind their designs.


Distinguished fashion houses including Gucci, Prada, Miu Miu, Fendi and Mulberry all took part in transforming The Brompton Road windows with displays that featured iconic handbags and told the fascinating stories behind the brands and their signature designs.
